Dr. Ebony Reed received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from California State University, Bakersfield and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012. She earned both with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her Orthodontic Certificate and Master’s degree in 2019 from the Military’s Tri-Serve Orthodontic Residency Program at Wilford Hall. She is a Board-Certified member of the American Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Reed learned early that home is where your heart is. She joined the US Army at 18 years old and became an Officer in the US Navy in 2012. She is the first female to complete SERE training as a dentist and the first orthodontist to be Director of Dental Services on the USNS COMFORT. Dr. Reed is excited to make South Hill her hometown and will make you feel at home when you visit her office.
When Dr. Reed is out of the office she enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, working out, boating, biking, reading, and traveling.
